Dalisse and Danny in Queens, New York.

Warning: extreme hotness ahoy.

You guys. These two. I just can't. I don't even know where to start with them.

Dalisse and Danny are one of my very nicest, very warmest, most welcoming, sweet, humble, thoughtful, so in love, not to mention OUT OF CONTROL SEXY couples I have ever worked with. I had my good friend Laura Widness along with me for this one and all day we kept looking at each other going "is this real? Is this really happening?" At one point Laura said she thought we were being punked. It was all TOO GOOD. Everything from Dalisse and Danny's warm, welcoming spirit, to their equally hospitable, friendly families; The styling of their wedding, which took place at a sushi restaurant and lounge in Queens, Dalisse's luscious dress and birdcage veil, Danny's SICK three piece pinstripe suit; and if all that wasn't enough, Danny elected to book not a limo or a van to whisk them about the city--but a 1960's vintage Checker cab. Not only that, but I got to ride along with them IN the cab to go to the Brooklyn bridge to do portraits.  I mean seriously.  Gorgeous, loving couple, beautiful style, and a private tour of New York city inside a checker cab.  What a job I have...

ALERT: WE HAVE AN BEAUTIFUL WOMAN PERCHED ON A 1960's CHECKER CAB. I REPEAT: HOTTIE ON A CHECKER CAB. THIS IS FOR REAL PEOPLE, THIS IS NOT A DRILL.

The ceremony was performed entirely in Spanish. I had no idea what was going on. Thankfully Laura knew the word "kiss" in Spanish so she poked me in the ribs and whispered "THEY'RE GOING TO KISS THEY'RE GOING TO KISS!!"

LIKE A BOSS:

Dalisse and Danny: I cannot thank you enough for inviting us into your wedding day.  You trusted me and appreciated my work enough to have me drive down from Boston and put me up for two nights in New York. I have never worked with not only a couple but an entire FAMILY of people so warm and welcoming.  I really felt like I was part of the family for the day.  I cannot wait to share the rest of the photos with you!

Also: extra special thanks to Laura Widness of Ruby Shoes Photography for coming along for this one! I have never been to New York before so I wanted a little moral support and, well, a navigator to help me get around.  We had a BLAST shooting together.  Laura, you're the best!
