And Now: Lauren and Brandon at Artists for Humanity Epicenter.
Subtitle: a lesson in why you should NOT be sad if it rains on your wedding day.
Since I met Lauren last year I knew that this wedding was gonna be a biggie. Big on guest list, big on love, big on color, big on style. I knew I was in for a treat but the reality was still beyond anything I had imagined. Incredibly creative details like paint chips used as an art installation as well as a hanging mobile of place cards, lighting, flowers, and a fantastic alternative to carrying flowers down the aisle--the wedding party carrying cards telling the story of Lauren and Brandon's relationship. Not to mention, Brandon was sporting the sharpest goddamn tuxedo I've ever seen. Man pulled off a shawl collar navy blue tuxedo like a boss.
Oh I should also mention that Lauren and Brandon were incredible about the weather--some call it dreary, I call it romantic. I love the rain. And while usually it takes a little convincing to assure my couples that the rain is a good thing--in this case Lauren really embraced it and wanted to make the most of it.
Thank you so much, Lauren and Brandon for asking me to be your photographer for this absolutely fantastic event!
